Garage Door Opener Repair

Before you replace the opener, let us track down issues with misaligned sensors, incorrect settings, or a broken garage door spring that's really to blame.

We fix

  • Photo-eye alignment, wiring, and replacement sensors
  • Travel limit, force, and soft-stop adjustments
  • Logic boards and power transformers
  • Loose chains/belts, travel control modules, and jackshaft issues

Common reasons openers stop

  • No power: unplugged units, tripped breakers, or GFCI outlets
  • Sensor obstructions or misalignment causing constant blinking
  • Door too heavy to lift from a broken spring so the opener only lifts a few inches
  • Clicking relay or beeping battery backup that needs replacement

Not sure what you're hearing? Call 740-414-4500 and describe the symptoms—we'll guide you.

Quick sensor test

If the door won't close and the opener lights flash, hold the wall button down continuously. That temporarily overrides the sensors so you can test whether they are the culprit. Only do this with the doorway clear of people, pets, and vehicles, and never tape the button down—sensors are there for safety.
